If you are full-time faculty at SVCC and wish to receive promotional credit for completing this course, please do the following:

Fill out the form Request for Promotional Credit: Preapproval, and return to Academic Vice President Jon Mandrell at jon.d.mandrell @svcc.edu. The form must be approved by the Academic Vice President prior to beginning the class.
Following approval, complete all modules, beginning with Module 1.
Download the Promotional Credit Project Instructions - Full Credit or Promotional Credit Project - Half Credit, the Accessibility Project Summary, and the Accessibility Project Log from Module 4 and complete all items. Return these completed documents along with all original and edited files to Instructional Designers Robin Fisch at robin.l.fisch@svcc.edu and Hernan Cortez at hernan.e.cortez@svcc.edu. Contents will be graded and returned to you.
Complete the Faculty Development Activity Report for Promotional Credit form within 14 days from the return of your Assignments packet. Submit to robin.l.fisch@svcc.edu or Hernan Cortez at hernan.e.cortez@svcc.edu.
with your completed project folder. The form will be forwarded to Academic Vice President Jon Mandrell for his signature upon successful completion of the course.
